About me

I am passionate about helping people and organizations tell their stories through built spaces. I believe a project is successful if the finished product represents the owner’s vision, functions well and was built on time within budget.

I was raised in Kent, Washington. After graduating high school I decided to spread my wings and work in other parts of the world. I earned my college degree and visited all 50 states, built projects in most of those states, built projects in Europe and lived in places like Chile, Chicago and 13 years in Manhattan. In May of 2017 it was time for me to come home to the Pacific Northwest. I live on Capitol Hill and have some beautiful property in Eagle Lake on Orcas Island.

I’ve had the honor of consulting for world famous architects and have led project teams on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, retail, residential and aviation industries. I’ve earned a reputation of being great at what I do as well as being pleasant to work with.

Building your project requires finding the right contractor, speaking their language and keeping close to the construction site. Dave has overseen construction sites all across the world and is eager to help you at yours.
